An exciting opportunity has arisen to organise Slough Labour’s campaigns, and build on the successes of recent elections to deliver another victory for Labour in the 2019 and 2020 local elections.
The post holder will be responsible for building and maintaining party organisation and activity; establishing an effective election and campaign organisation ahead of the 2019 and 2020 Council elections working in liaison with the Slough Labour Group and Slough Constituency Party. The role also includes administrative duties for Slough Labour Memorial Hall.
The salary range for this post is £26,434 – £27,655, dependent on experience, plus an additional fixed sum unconventional hours of £1,060.
Please note this is a fixed term contract until 30th June 2020 – with the possibility of extension by mutual arrangement.
Interviews are expected to take place between the 8th and 16th October and may take place during a weekend.
It is anticipated that the successful applicant will start in November.
