Conservative mismanagement has led to 53,545 people on the waiting list at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. Before the pandemic the NHS waiting list contained 4 and a half million people, which has ballooned to 6 million in the period since. Now, 1 in every 9 people in England are on the NHS waiting list leaving the service with a staff shortage of 100,000.
